If you have specific requirements, we simply ask that you make us aware of them. If not, we will provide mockups and/or samples before you place your order to ensure we’re on the same page.

Generally Business Applications such as Vehicle Lettering, Signs, & Organizational Labels require specific colours, fonts and sizes. So if you’re ordering something for your business, please have this information available. 

Generally speaking, yes. However, we will need high quality image files, a PDF or other vector file such as .ai, .svg or .eps.

Vector files are infinitely scalable so you retain the highest quality print at any size. If you don’t have these files, please contact our partner Comvert Marketing and they can help you create the proper file.

Yes, we do! Of course, you have to be local.

We are located in Kitchener, Ontario. Our installation radius includes anything within 25km for free, and 26-100km radius subject to $75 fee.
